All it needs is Items in its original condition with all tags intact and its original unused condition.
Please note before making purchase, allow up to 14 working days for us to process your return and refund. Your bank/Payment Provider may take 7-14 working days to show refund into your account. Once we refund the transaction We do not have any control over the speed of Refund processed by your Bank/Payment Provider.

How Do I Return An Item?

PLEASE NOTE WE Will NOT REFUND IF: Item tags has been removed , Item used, makeup tan marks, clear packaging destroyed or any kind of perfume or body odour or items washed. Be careful when trying our gorgeous items on.

The item must be claimed within 14 days of the customer being notified of rejected return. These goods will be returned back to the customer and the customer will incur the carriage charge. If this charge is not made, the goods will unfortunately be destroyed. We kindly ask our customers to be careful when trying on so this process can be avoided.
