Q: Can i amend my order?
Ans: If your order has been dispatched then its not possible, however if your order is not dispatched already then yes there will be no problem in any amendments (stock dependent )
Q: How can i track my Order?
Ans: You can track your order via link ( Long Barcode Number) we sent you in dispatch email.
Q: I did not receive dispatch email.
Ans: We automatically send email once the item is dispatched. Check all folders of your email. Junk , Newsletters and Spam some times emails are directed to them folders.
Q: How do i return an item?
Ans: Its easy as 123... , simply make sure it is in its original unused condition and see details Here .
Q: Standard Delivery, When will i receive my order?
Ans: We dispatch orders placed with free / standard delivery within 48 hours monday to friday. It usually takes anywhere between 2 to 7 days. Once dispatched we can not rush the process.
Q: I paid Next Day delivery and did not get my order delivered.
Ans: Next day delivery is available on all orders placed before 1 PM that day (Mon-Fri) and it will be dispatched same day. If order placed after 1pm it will be sent via next day service following working day.
Q: Did we receive your return?
Ans: As soon as your return has been received and processed, we will email you to let you know. If you don't received this email within 30 working days of posting your goods back to us, please contact us. We Strongly Recommend that you send us your Returns via Tracked service, we can only process returns once we receive them. Its Your responsibility to make sure we get the return you sent us.
Q: When will i receive my Refund?
Ans: Once we receive your returned items, your account will be credited within 7 - 30 working days. Your refund will be credited back via the payment method used to place the original order. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please get in touch and we can look into this for you.
Q: Can I exchange my Order?
Ans: To Keep things simple and easy We don't offer an exchange service, You will need to return your unwanted items for a refund and replace your order for different item.
Q: What do i need to include with my return?
Ans: The returned item must be accompanied with the invoice which came along your order, or full name email and full address of the person who placed the order. Without these we can not entertain returns.
Q: What if my Parcel is Lost?
Ans: We use secure Tracked and Signed for service.In the unfortunate event that your parcel has been lost in the post, we will have to log a full investigation with our couriers service which can take up to 4 weeks. If we find that you have received your parcel, you will not be credited back for your goods. If your parcel is declared lost, we will replace your items (Stock Dependent) or Refund your account back in Full.
Q: I washed my items, can i return them?
Ans: Unfortunately, strictly we CAN NOT ACCEPT any returns at all once the items are used and washed.
