It is easy to get styledup with us as we ship all over the world and deliver direct to your door. We use Royal Mail, DPD Tracked Delivery Service, and it may require signature on arrival. We dispatch your parcels Monday to Friday. Please note, our couriers do not operate on Bank Holidays and our online team are off Saturday and Sunday.

Please note, it is customers responsibility to be present at the address to receive their delivery or it may be delivered at the given address.  

Incase if item is delivered back to us due to wrong or incomplete address provided by customer or if the courier is not able to deliver at the given address, we will deduct £4.99 from your refund to cover our postage costs. It is customers responsibility to provide us correct delivery address.

All it needs is Items in its original condition with all tags intact and its original unused condition.

How Do I Return An Item?

Easy as 123.. Simply enclose invoice / receipt you received with the item or just write down your full name and contact details along with order number and date you bought and send it to:

European Union 14 day return / cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend you send us returns via secure Royal Mail tracked service and keep copy of proof of postage when returning items to us.

Please note before making purchase, allow up to 14 working days for us to process your return and refund. Your bank/Payment Provider may take 7-14 working days to show refund into your account. Once we refund the transaction We do not have any control over the speed of Refund processed by your Bank/Payment Provider.

The item must be claimed within 14 days of the customer being notified of rejected return. These goods will be returned back to the customer and the customer will incur the carriage charge. If this charge is not paid, the goods will unfortunately be destroyed. We kindly ask our customers to be careful when trying on so this process can be avoided.
